The motion
leave out from `House' to end and add `notes that Christians, Muslims and Jews are all free to worship according to their own beliefs in Jerusalem; further notes that Israel handed over control of all Muslim holy sites to the Islamic Waqf in 1967; draws attention to the fact that prior to 1967 Jews were not free to worship at the Western Wall in Jerusalem; supports the Israeli government's security decisions and steps to ensure that all faiths can gain access to holy sites, including by building special gates in the Security Barrier; and further notes the offer by the Israeli government to give Palestinians living in Jerusalem the choice of whether to become full Israeli citizens or whether to remain Israeli residents with Palestinian Authority citizenship.'.
