CASE OF DAVID BONNELL

That this House notes that Tracey Bonnell, the daughter of Marie West, a constituent of the hon. Member for Morecambe and Lunesdale was murdered by her husband in 1997; further notes David Bonnell was convicted and imprisoned, but is due for parole in March 2012; and believes that Marie West should be assured that the murderer of her daughter will not be allowed to contact or visit the family and that she should be made aware of his release date and whereabouts.
