That this House notes the proposals to change the name of the RUC Athletic Association to the Police Athletic Association; asserts that retaining the name of the RUC Athletic Associationshould not have adverse funding implications; acknowledges the rich historic heritage of the RUC Athletic Associationat Newforge; and supports those members who wish to retain this name and symbol.
