The motion
That this House believes that the answer given by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, the hon. Member for Reigate, to the hon. Member for Newport West of 14 March 2012, Official Report, columns 295-7W, on drugs: illegal, sets a new low standard in evasiveness and vacuity; and calls on the Minister to alter his usual conduct and read hon. Members' questions before attempting to answer them.
