The motion
That this House congratulates the House of Lords on passing the House of Lords (Amendment) Bill which makes provision for permanent leave of absence from the House of Lords and for the expulsion of members of the House of Lords in specified circumstances; and calls on the Government to give time in the House of Commons to allow this Bill to be passed during the current session.
