WALES' SHARE OF HIGH SPEED 2 INVESTMENT

That this House notes that 32.7 billion is being invested inHigh Speed Rail 2 to improve North-South rail links in England; further notes that Wales' fair share of this investment would be 1.9 billion; and calls on the Government to invest a proportion of this fair share in reducing tolls on the Severn Bridge and providing a rail link from Cardiff Central Station to Cardiff Airport.
