ROADS IN PORT CARLISLE, CUMBRIA

That this House notes that the British Railways Board (Residuary) Ltd accepts that it owns roads in Port Carlisle which are in an appalling and dangerous condition; and calls on the Government to persuade the Board to live up to its responsibility and pay for the maintenance of the roads.
