POWER SUPPLY COMPANIES' DUTY TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN WELSH

That this House believes that all power supply companies should act as soon as possible to provide a proper service to their customers in Welsh as required by law; and calls on these companies to co-operate to provide jointly a unified service for Wales.
