ELIZABETH FOUNDATION'S HELP FOR PRE-SCHOOL DEAF CHILDREN

The motion

That this House congratulates the Elizabeth Foundation, its staff and all who have made this charity so successful, in its work for teaching pre-school deaf children to listen and talk in both Bradford and Portsmouth; and would like to see its work recognised much more widely.
