That this House congratulates Harlem Dsir MEP on being nominated as leader of the French Socialist Party; notes that he is the first black man to lead a major political party in Europe; further notes his vital work in founding SOS Racisme and campaigning against the Front National between 1985 and 1992; and recognises him as a role model for breaking the glass ceiling inpolitics.
