ATTACKS ON YOUNG WOMEN

The motion

That this House condemns the rape and murder of the young student in India; calls on the Indian government to take steps to prevent sexual attacks on young girls and women; and further calls for a change of attitude beginning at Indian government level and filtering through the entire society.
