STANDARDS OF HEALTH CARE IN BRADFORD

That this House is extremely concerned that Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ranked among the worst in the country according to the NHS report Quality at a Glance; notes that the Trust which runs the Bradford Royal Infirmary and St Luke's hospital was placed 111th out of 147 Trusts; further notes that it was again in the lowest quarter for the number of patients who said they got better after their operations; and calls on the Secretary of State for Health to provide whatever resources and support are necessary to improve the health care of the citizens of Bradford.
