That this House congratulates Sir Alex Ferguson on his unparallelled success as a manager of Aberdeen and Manchester United having won the Scottish premiership three times, the Scottish Cup four times, the Scottish League Cup, UEFA Cup Winners' Cup and the UEFA Super Cup with Aberdeen and the Premier League 13 times, the FA Cup five times, the League Cup four times, the UEFA Champions League twice, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the Inter Continental Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup and the FA Charity/Community Shield 10 times; and believes he should be immediately ennobled and elevated to the House of Lords.
