That this House congratulates Chester Football Club on winning the Conference North title, its third championship in a row; notes that it scored over 100 goals for a second successive season and amassed 100 points for a third successive season; further notes that it has now reached the Conference, the league from which the former Chester City FC disappeared three seasons ago; further congratulates manager Neil Young, captain George Horan and all staff, players and fans for their determination and solidarity; and commends this community club as a brilliant advertisement for supporter ownership.
