The motion
That this House welcomes the launch of the Heritage Lottery Fund's Centenary grant programme First World War: Then and Now; notes that it will make at least £1 million available per year until 2019 and will provide grants between £3,000 and £10,000 enabling communities and groups around the UK to explore, conserve and share their First World War heritage; and further welcomes the opportunity for people to deepen their understanding of the impact of the conflict and mark the Centenary over the next six years.
