REGISTER OF LOBBYISTS

That this House notes that the Gracious Speech contained no reference to a Bill to create a statutory register of lobbyists; further notes that there have been two Private Members' Bills and a Government consultation during the present Parliament and that Cabinet Office Ministers have repeatedly promised such a Bill as has the Prime Minister; and calls on the Government to publish such a Bill immediately.
