FOSTER PARENTS

That this House notes the need for more foster parents across the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; and encourages members of the general public who have a genuine love of and care for children to sign-up and register to become foster parents and to give children a loving and stable home to be brought up in which will help them overcome their past and have hope in a bright future.
