That this House notes the expanding presence of the Bauer Media Group (BMG) in the UK; further notes that the parent company of BMG in Germany is responsible for a publication called Der Landser which has been described by the Simon Wiesenthal Centre as a magazine that is 'desecrating the memory of the Holocaust and glorifying Nazism'; and calls on BMG to cease publishing Der Landser and, in the event of BMG failing to do so, for Ofcom to apply a fit and proper person test to BMG.
