USE OF LIVE ANIMALS FOR RESEARCH

The motion

That this House urges Her Majesty's Government to establish a Royal Commission immediately to look into the moral and scientific justification of the use of living animals for research and to report within one year; and hopes that the Government will thereafter take action as a matter of priority.
