LABOUR AND THE LEGITIMACY OF THE TORY GOVERNMENT IN SCOTLAND

The motion

That this House calls upon the Labour leadership to state whether they agree or disagree with the opinion now widely held in Scotland that the present Government, after its ignominious defeat at Kincardine and Deeside, has no legitimacy in Scotland.
