COUNCIL TAX REBATE IN THE WEST END OF MORECAMBE

That this House notes that Lancaster City Council has received £1.9 million from the Homes and Communities Agency, match-funded by the council to make £3.8 million since 2012; further notes that this money has not yet been spent; and urges Lancaster City Council to give ratepayers in the Chatsworth Gardens area a council tax rebate for the period when the council had money in place but did not regenerate that area.
