PLANS TO SELL SOCIAL HOUSING

That this House takes note of Government plans to allow social housing tenants to purchase their properties at a price significantly below market rates; and believes that if social tenants are to be given the chance to purchase their homes at a significant discount with Government assistance, then this privilege should also be extended to all tenants who rent houses from buy-to-let landlords who are non-domiciled in the UK.
