DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE AND TAX CREDITS

Tabled by Sir Alan Meale (Labour) 59 signatures

The motion

That this House fails to understand how a family with a disabled child receiving disability living allowance can be better off if the parents lose their tax credits because they have a collective household income of more than £15,000 per annum; and calls on the Government to help and protect the disabled and vulnerable, not to discriminate financially against them.
