NEWTONGRANGE BANK CLOSURE

That this House recognises the detrimental impact of the prospective closure of the Royal Bank of Scotland branch in Newtongrange to the people and businesses in Midlothian; and applauds the effort of the community and its efforts to oppose this closure and highlighting the negative impact this will have on the local economy.
