The motion
That this House welcomes the opening of the Borders Railway on 9 September 2015; recognises the benefit that this transport link will bring to communities in Midlothian and the Scottish Borders; and notes that this railway project is the longest completed in the UK for more than 100 years and was delivered on time and on budget.
