SCOTTISH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION GRASSROOTS VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR

That this House congratulates Peter Frame of Loanhead on being recognised as Scottish Football Association Grassroots Volunteer of the Year; notes that Peter has been coaching young footballers for more than 41 years; and commends the commitment of volunteers across the country who give up their time to encourage, support and develop footballers of all ages from youngest boys and girls, to the more experienced participants of walking football.
