That this House believes that consideration should be given to lifting the arms embargo on Croatia, encouraging the development of an international fleet to guarantee access to the East Adriatic ports and organising a force of volunteers from within the United Kingdom armed forces and other nations to provide for a peace-making force for deployment to Yugoslavia.
