USE OF CHILDREN AS SUICIDE BOMBERS

That this House condemns the practice of using suicide bombers to cause harm and create fear among innocent people, and in particular the rising trend of using children in this way; and urges the Government to take the lead among the international community to research the issue of child suicide bombers fully and make resources available to implement any recommendations from this research.
