THE GOOD MORNING SUTHERLAND SERVICE

That this House congratulates the East and Central Sutherland Community Care Forum on its takeover of the Good Morning Sutherland service from the Dornoch Firth Group; commends the Dornoch Firth Group on the conception and development of the service, which was introduced to help reduce feelings of isolation and anxiety experienced by people living alone by giving them regular friendly telephone calls; appreciates that the East and Central Sutherland Community Care Forum will continue and extend this service to more communities; and wishes both groups well with all of their upcoming projects.
