ABERLOUR FAMILY SERVICE SOUTH AYRSHIRE

That this House congratulates Aberlour Child Care Trust on securing a £373,633 grant from Investing in Communities, Supporting 21st Century Life; acknowledges the support the Aberlour Family Service South Ayrshire can provide to parents with a learning disability and their children in Girvan and surrounding South Ayrshire; recognises that the project will provide intensive support to improve parenting capacity and basic life skills, both within the home and also through parenting groups; and commends the Big Lottery Fund Scotland, Investing in Communities funding for supporting projects life the Aberlour Child Care Trust which will help families provide secure, safe and nurturing environments to meet their children's needs.
