HURLFORD'S FOOTBALL CLUBS

That this House belatedly congratulates the village of Hurlford for the unique achievement of winning both the Scottish Amateur Cup and the Junior Scottish Cup in the same season; notes that Hurlford United won the Scottish Junior Cup Final; pays tribute to the hardworking committee members who were able to see Hurlford United's first ever national trophy success; further congratulates Hurlford Thistle for its Amateur Scottish Cup success in the same season; likewise pays tribute to Hamilton Tarmac; and welcomes that East Ayrshire Council has also paid tribute through civic receptions and signage in the village.
