That this House, noting the listing of Lot 115, 1 Blythe Court, B46 with a guide price of £65,000, asks Barnard Marcus Auctions to withdraw the lot and refer the sellers to the appropriate authorities for withholding essential information of penal ground rent provisions that make the premises worthless.
