THURSO HIGH SCHOOL

That this House congratulates Thurso High School on its recent Awards for All grant of £5,000; notes that the grant will be utilised by the school to fund transportation and accommodation costs of extra-curricular competitive events outside Thurso; and commends the school's excellent efforts, dedication and hard work that will now enable students to compete and represent their school in other areas across Scotland, and in so doing allow the school to deliver peer learning and social opportunities for future leaders of the local community.
