That this House congratulates the Reay Hall Committee on its recent Awards for All grant of £5,764; notes that the group maintains the former school building and works to ensure it sustains its position at the centre of local community life by providing facilities and activities; recognises that the grant will be used by the committee to commission a feasibility study to consider how currently under-used areas of the building can be improved to provide an extended and expanded range of services for the community, particularly older people; and commends the members of the committee on their hard work in working to create a hub for services within the local community.
