NORTH AYRSHIRE PROVOST'S CIVIC PRIDE AWARDS 2016

That this House congratulates Irvine and Troon Cancer Care, Gilbert MacDonald, Centrestage Communities, Shannon Morrison and Gemma Stewart on their success at the 2016 North Ayrshire Provost's Civic Pride Awards, hosted at Seamill Hydro on 18 March 2016; acknowledges that over 55,000 people voted across each of the coveted categories; notes that the awards have been presented for over six years and have raised more than £110,000 for charity, with Cash for Kids and the Ayrshire Hospice being this year's recipients; and is further delighted that North Ayrshire's Provost's Civic Pride Awards continues to celebrate the outstanding talent and notable community spirit that characterises North Ayrshire.
