The motion
That this House congratulates the Kylesku Hotel on being awarded the Most Hospitable Hotel in the Highlands and Islands at the 2015/16 Scottish Thistle Awards; commends the hotel's management and staff for their hard work and their passion for advancing the Highland's unparalleled reputation for producing high quality food, drink and hospitality that has resulted in them achieving this award; recognises the positive impact of the hotel in attracting tourism to the Highlands and specifically North West Scotland; and notes the authentic Scottish theme adopted by the hotel allowing visitors to sample local meat and seafood produce amongst traditional surroundings.
