BRAEHEAD UNDER FIVES

The motion
That this House congratulates Braehead Under Fives on securing £4,297 of funding through the Big Lottery Communities and Family Fund; notes that the toddler group will use this funding to deliver a Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC) themed road show to educate the local community and boost the group's profile; welcomes the boost that this will give to the Scottish Government's GIRFEC approach for youth development; and acknowledges the support given by the Scottish Government and the Big Lottery Fund in developing this service aimed at giving children the best start in life.
