RICKY BURNS AND BOXING TITLES

That this House recognises and congratulates Coatbridge-born triple champion boxer Ricky Burns; and notes that, having previously held the WBO Super-Featherweight and Lightweight titles, he recently won the WBA Super-Lightweight title, becoming only the third British boxer to have won three titles in three weight divisions and the first from Scotland to do so.
