FARR EDGE 2000, SUTHERLAND

That this House congratulates Farr Edge 2000 on its recent Awards for All Scotland grant of £9,900; recognises that Farr Edge 2000 is a facility in Bettyhill, Sutherland that aims to provide a safe and friendly environment for children and young people up to 18 years of age where they can relax, have fun and meet new friends; notes that the funding will be used to improve and refurbish the interior of the building for the use of children, young people and the local community; and congratulates all of the staff and volunteers of Farr Edge 2000 for their commitment and efforts to provide a fantastic facility and resource where all age groups can enjoy themselves, learn, develop interests and take part in fun activities in a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
