PEACE DEAL IN COLOMBIA

The motion

That this House welcomes the peace deal in Colombia between the FARC and the Government, ending 52 years of bloody conflict in which many thousands have lost their lives; acknowledges in particular the measures to support the victims of the conflict; and urges the Government to continue to assist with the peace process and to help create long-lasting peace for all citizens in Colombia.
