CELTIC WIN SCOTTISH LEAGUE CUP 2016

The motion

That this House congratulates Glasgow Celtic FC on winning the 2016 Scottish League Cup; recognises that this win marks Glasgow Celtic lifting its 100th trophy; notes that Glasgow Celtic have remained unbeaten domestically this season; and commends the players, management and staff at Parkhead for their efforts that underpin the club's success.
