CANCELLATION OF FLIGHTS BY BRITISH AIRWAYS

That this House expresses concern over the method and timing of notification to passengers of the cancellations of flights by British Airways; and calls for an urgent review of this process of notification and the manner in which alternative flight options are offered to those affected by cancellations at short notice.
