That this House congratulates Glastry Ice Cream, from Kircubbin in Strangford constituency, on securing a contract at Heathrow Airport which will see its product available for widespread distribution; further congratulates Glastry Ice Cream on its expansion in supplying Middle Eastern markets, such as Dubai; notes that it is a family-owned farm and business started by Will and Cynthia Taylor; and acknowledges the Taylor family for their input into the local economy through the staff employed and secondary work that is secured with their innovation and passion in the Ards Peninsula and further afield.
