UNIVERSITY OF STIRLING 50TH ANNIVERSARY

That this House congratulates the University of Stirling on its 50th Anniversary; notes the success of the University over the last 50 years including the formation of the Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Centre, the Iris Murdoch Dementia Centre, the Stirling University Innovation Park and the Sportscotland Institute for Sport; further notes the establishment of remote campuses in Inverness and Stornoway as well as its international links with Oman, Singapore and Vietnam; and wishes the University well for the future.
