The motion
That this House commends the Coming Home Centre in Glasgow for its work in assisting veterans in their transition from military to civilian life; recognises that this organisation provides countless resources to veterans, including emergency food parcels, bikes, furniture and practical advice; further recognises that the organisation provides nearly 1,000 hot meals to veterans every month; notes that veterans are taught helpful skills such as bike maintenance and woodwork; and thanks the Coming Home Centre for constantly addressing the needs of the hundreds of veterans who use its service on a regular basis.
