That this House is deeply concerned at the failure of the Chief Executive of Rossendale Borough Council to supply any public documentation to support the decision to sell Rossendale's municipal bus company Rosso to Transdev Blazefield; and therefore believes the Chief Executive is in breach of his fiduciary duties.
