OPENING OF DOUNE PONDS

That this House notes the opening of the Doune Ponds Nature Reserve accessible walkways; further notes that the walkways will open up the woodlands to wheelchair and mobility users and families with child buggies; notes the full support of Moray Estates, the landowner and the Community Council; commends the Doune Community Woodland Group which is responsible for the management of the site and has recorded over 5,000 volunteer hours; and pays tribute to that team of dedicated volunteers.
