The motion
That this House notes that the Erasmus+-supported International Storytelling Festival took place at Pollokshields Primary; understands that the Festival brought together pupils from Pollokshields Primary School and their Spanish partner school, Colegio Hernandez in Valencia, in a two-day extravaganza of storytelling, music and dance; further understands that the Festival formed part of an international collaboration between the two schools funded by the Erasmus+ programme; celebrates the support that Erasmus+ has given to the children of Pollokshields Primary and Colegio Hernandez to build their confidence and embrace cultural diversity; believes that programmes such as Erasmus+ deliver huge benefits to young people across Scotland; and calls on the Government to ensure that young people can continue to enjoy the benefits of Erasmus+ after the UK leaves the EU.
