ANNETTE STREET PRIMARY SCHOOL WIN AT FIRST MINISTER'S READING CHALLENGE

That this House congratulates Annette Street Primary School on winning the School Reading Journey Award in the inaugural First Minister's Reading Challenge; notes that many young people at Annette Street Primary do not have English as their first language; welcomes the improvements made to the reading culture within the school as a result of involvement in the Reading Challenge; pays tribute to staff, parents, carers and pupils for their efforts over the year; and wishes them all the best for their future reading.
