SUPPORT FOR COMMUNITY-LED HOUSING PROJECTS WITHIN HOUSING LEGISLATION

That this House expresses support for the creation of legislative exemptions for community-led housing projects within proposed housing measures that would unnecessarily hinder their progress; acknowledges the specific needs such housing schemes require within the law in order to be successful; and considers their creation a legitimate potential solution to the housing crisis.
